MVRT5018
- Capacity 5,000 kg
- Lift height 17.8 m
- Forward reach 15.1 m
- Engine Cummins QSF3.8
- Rotation 360°
360° continuous rotation · 5,000 kg to 7,000 kg · Up to 34.7 m lift height
A rotating telehandler places its load anywhere in a 360° circle without repositioning the chassis — the single biggest productivity gain on a congested site. The Maverick MVRT range spans five machines. The MVRT6025 is the volume model: a rotating telehandler with 6,000 kg rated capacity, 24.7 m lift height and 21.4 m forward reach, which covers most steel erection, precast and wind-service work in one machine. The MVRT6030 carries the same 6,000 kg to 29.9 m with 25.9 m of forward reach, and is the only model in the range certified to Tier 4 Final — which matters if the machine is bound for a US jobsite with emissions restrictions.

Two Maverick models do. The MVRT6025 lifts 6,000 kg (13,230 lb) to 24.7 m with 21.4 m forward reach, on a 115 kW Cummins F3.8 — it is the volume model, and covers most steel erection, precast and wind-service work. The MVRT6030 carries the same 6,000 kg but reaches 29.9 m with 25.9 m forward reach, on a 129 kW Cummins QSF3.8. Choose the 6030 when the extra five metres of height decide the job, or when you need Tier 4 Final emissions.
The MVRT6030 — it is certified Euro V / Tier 4 Final, the only model in the MVRT range with that rating. If the machine is bound for a US jobsite with emissions restrictions, this is the one that clears them. The rest of the range is Euro V.
A rotating telehandler carries the boom on a slewing turret, so it can place a load anywhere in a 360° circle without moving the chassis. On a congested site that removes most repositioning — you set the machine once on its stabilisers and work the whole radius. A standard telehandler has to be driven to each placement, which costs time and needs clear ground to drive on.
From 17.8 m on the MVRT5018 to 34.7 m (114 ft) on the MVRT7035, which also carries 7,000 kg — the largest rotating telehandler Maverick builds. Between them sit the MVRT5021 at 20.6 m, the MVRT6025 at 24.7 m, and the MVRT6030 at 29.9 m.
For full rated capacity at height, yes — the MVRT range works on four outriggers, and the load chart above a certain boom angle and extension assumes them deployed. The machines can travel and handle at reduced capacity on wheels, but rotating work at reach is a stabilised operation. The MVRT6030 publishes separate load charts for on-tyres and on-outriggers work.
